Head of Membership and CRM
Salary: Up to £50,949 plus bonus

Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role is responsible for developing and implementing the English Heritage Membership strategy in order to maximise overall income and profitability from membership. They will lead the development of the membership offer to a sector leading standard and develop the CRM programme to support member acquisition and retention and generate maximum long term engagement and contribution from English Heritage members.
The successful candidate will have substantial senior level marketing experience within a membership or loyalty organisation with accountability for income and profitability, possibly within the telecoms or publishing sectors. They will have experience of developing database-driven CRM or loyalty programmes for consumer brands including the development of benefits as well as managing communications. Along with this, they will also have significant experience of strategy development and leadership of people through change.
