Nuts and GoodToKnow ranked top by Hitwise

The Experian Hitwise UK Online Performance Awards celebrate the most successful UK websites in more than 150 key industries, based on market share of UK visits a website has received between January-June 2011.

goodtoknow.co.ukNuts.co.uk is ranked number one in the Hitwise – Men’s Sites sector. The award marks the fifth period in succession that Nuts has taken the top slot, ahead of the likes of FHM.com and Menshealth.co.uk.

Goodtoknow.co.uk is once again ranked number one in the Hitwise Lifestyle – Women’s Sites sector, which also features Nowmagazine.co.uk in third place and Marieclaire.co.uk in sixth.

Keith Walker, editor of Nuts.co.uk says: “I’m pleased we’ve won this award again because it recognises the work that the editorial, marketing and digital teams contribute to making Nuts.co.uk the UK’s most popular men’s lifestyle site!”

Charlotte Gunn, deputy editor of Goodtoknow.co.uk says: “We’re really thrilled to have held on to the No.1 spot in the women's lifestyle sector. There’s some tough competition, but continued hard work from both the editorial and technical teams has seen our traffic soar almost every month in 2011. It’s great to have that growth recognised.”
