The redesign is a major part of a significant investment into the magazine, which includes a raft of new content ideas, a premium gloss cover, more pages and a better paper stock that brings the content to life.
The magazine features a new ‘Caravan Chat’ section bursting with community-spirited content that includes letters, news, forum conversations, top tweets, new accessories and money-saving advice.
The travel section is bigger and better than ever before, say the publishers, with more independent site reviews and more inspirational destinations. The new-look touring features include longer escapes, shorter weekend getaways, and regional guides to top campsites.
Group editor Rob Ganley said: ‘Practical Caravan is taking truly exciting strides online – from high-quality video reviews on our YouTube channel to Facebook campaigns generating thousands of followers – so it was time to take the magazine to the next level, too.’
This is just the first in a series of exciting developments across the brands in Haymarket’s Caravan Group which also includes Practical Motorhome, and the Caravan Sitefinder website.
