And, you will have 24/7 access to ‘Your Debts Online’ controlled by user name and password, and data, which is Secure Socket Layer encrypted, is stored in a secure hosting environment.
Your Debts Online displays information on your debt placement, collection progress, and can be sorted by, or limited to, debtor name, country, date placed, amount, or status code. Real-time reports can be downloaded in Excel or hard copy format, and client-to-collector web messaging is also available. Upload of documents, and new debt instructions, can also be sent online.
