Who is the new online information buyer?

Who is buying information online, and in what forms? How are these buyers different from traditional print buyers, and what are their ages, what are their habits and how many of them are there? Most importantly, how do we reach them and convince them to buy digital content? Andy McLaughlin, of PaperClip Communications, gives his thoughts at SIPA UK's 2009 Congress.
