Gareth Williams: "It’s clear that PCS are on the cusp of significant growth."

The appointment comes at a time of considerable change for PCS, with Sales Knowledge, their digital-print advertising solution, set to roll out next year and planned expansion into the USA with publishing content management solution, Knowledge, says the company.

Operations Director, Gareth Williams, previously worked for Wolverhampton based support services company, Carillion. At PCS, Gareth is to be responsible for overseeing activities that result in delivering innovative publishing software as a service to an extensive range of clients including Newsquest and the Irish News. Additionally, overseas endeavours will comprise an important component of Gareth’s work as PCS introduce Knowledge to the North American publishing industry.

Said Managing Director, Phil Walker: “Gareth’s role will ensure that we deliver a consistently high level of customer service to our growing customer base. Additionally, the development of Sales Knowledge will result in the need to maximise the efficiency of our entire operation – the solution will have a massive impact on our portfolio and acquisition of partnerships. Knowledge is also increasingly gaining more recognition.”

Gareth is delighted to have joined PCS at such a pivotal moment and states that: “It’s clear that PCS are on the cusp of significant growth. I look forward to using my customer service and change management experience to ensure publishers choose PCS as their software partner.”
