Leadership roles include editorial development director of Time Inc UK, creative director of Mademoiselle for Condé Nast and creative director of Rolling Stone in NYC. He is a Guardian Masterclass trainer and director of Cowles Media, a design consultancy which, amongst other things, offers practical workshops on how to document your design guidelines. Andy has won many editorial and design awards including the BSME Mark Boxer Award.
