Lauren Dick

Lauren is business development director at Mail Metro Media. She describes her responsibilities as, maximising commercial value from all existing assets, identifying new partners, monetisation and optimisation strategies, commercial initiatives, content distribution and product development. Lauren is co-chair of the AOP Commercial Group.
