Customer Marketing Manager (Subscriptions)

Across more than 90 brands spanning print, digital and live events, we serve highly engaged audiences in specialist markets including music, gardening, motoring, motorcycling, railways and equestrian lifestyle. Our leading brands include Uncut, Kitchen Garden, Japfest and Your Horse Live!

We’re looking for a commercially minded Customer Marketing Manager to help grow and retain subscribers across a portfolio of enthusiast brands.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership across acquisition, engagement and retention marketing. Working closely with editorial, publishing and marketing teams, you’ll use customer insight, testing and creative campaigns to drive subscription growth, improve customer lifetime value and deliver measurable commercial impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing and delivering subscription acquisition and retention campaigns

• Managing campaigns across email, social, web, partnerships and events

• Using customer and subscription data to identify growth opportunities

• Running test-and-learn activity across offers, messaging and targeting

• Collaborating with editorial, publishing and commercial teams across the business

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in subscription, recurring revenue or DTC marketing

• Strong analytical and campaign management skills

• Experience across email and digital marketing channels

• A proactive, commercially focused and collaborative approach

• Someone who enjoys combining creativity with data and performance
