Haymarket Media Group publishes Global Impact Report for 2026
Kevin Costello: “Publishing our third consecutive Global Impact Report is a major milestone, but doing so as a Certified B Corp stands as a particularly proud achievement.”

Haymarket Media Group last week published its Global Impact Report for its financial year, July 2025 to June 2026, detailing measurable progress - led by its global B Corp Certification and advancing its commitments with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).

Key highlights include:

  • Became the first media company of its kind and scale to achieve global B Corp certification, committing to balancing profit with positive impacts on society, the environment, and all stakeholders, and formally embedding such principles into Haymarket's articles of association
  • Formally committed to SBTi, in line with another year of publicly measuring and reporting its global Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions
  • Increased female representation across Haymarket’s global workforce by 6% to 59%, with women now comprising 50% of the executive team and Group/divisional Boards
  • Saw year-on-year growth for portfolio engagement in its global Impact content audit, with over 9 million views across purpose-led brand content and engaging nearly 50,000 industry leaders and policymakers through more than 100 of its live events with meaningful, socially and environmentally conscious categories or topics
  • Raised and donated £300,000 over the past 12 months for high-impact causes, including its global charity partner the British Red Cross
  • Earned 70+ international awards, including PPA Employer of the Year in the UK and the Gender Equality & Women Empowerment Award in Asia

Haymarket owns more than 80 specialist brands including Campaign, Marketing Week, Autocar, Haymarket Medical Network, FinanceAsia, and ENDS Report and operates across offices in the UK, US, Canada, Germany, the Netherlands, Hong Kong, Singapore and India, delivering live events, digital publishing, education, data and technology services.

Kevin Costello, global chief executive at Haymarket, said: “Publishing our third consecutive Global Impact Report is a major milestone, but doing so as a Certified B Corp stands as a particularly proud achievement. Across the business our momentum continues: we’ve committed to science-based targets, expanded our global content audits to further empower our audiences’ own ESG goals, progressed our gender balance on a global and leadership level, and deepened local and international charity partnerships, including with the British Red Cross. This Report reflects not only the progress we’ve made, but our relentless drive to elevate our industry and deliver genuine, meaningful change."

Tara Geoghegan, head of communications & impact added: “What makes this year’s Report so meaningful is seeing how our global Impact strategy is put into practice by our people every day. Achieving B Corp Certification required an immense, company-wide effort and endless cross-team collaboration. That same collective focus is actively driving our progress forward. Whether we're embedding JEDI principles into our culture, expanding how we capture our Impact-related brand content and live events, or continuing to work closely with our multitude of partnerships for good. We’re really proud of this past year, and our priority now is keeping that momentum going.”

Looking ahead, Haymarket says it will focus on setting near and long-term climate targets through SBTi, publishing a draft Climate Transition Plan mapping its path to net-zero by 2050, and cutting office waste globally by 5% by July 2027.

Alongside preparing for B Corp recertification under the new standards, the business says it will continue to roll out mandatory sustainability training, broaden its content audit to measure qualitative editorial impact and work closely with its employee-led Networks to meaningfully embed Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) principles.
