2018 PPA Awards - Winners Announced

The 38th annual PPA Awards were held tonight, June 27, at Grosvenor House, with 800 guests in attendance.

2018 PPA Awards - Winners Announced

"The PPA Awards are the Oscars for consumer magazines and business media," said PPA CEO Barry McIlheney. "As always, they celebrate the very best of the best in this wonderful creative industry of ours. Hats off to our winners, our runners-up and to all our nominees."

PPA Chairman and CEO of TI Media Marcus Rich said: “This is a very special night in the PPA calendar. These awards truly set the benchmark for excellence in our industry – and shine a light on those who are really pushing the boundaries and driving our sector forward.”

Television and Radio Broadcaster Edith Bowman hosted the evening. Edith previously wrote a monthly column for Clash, was British Airways High Life magazine’s Music and Audio Critic and was Elle’s Music Editor. She is now a columnist for Balance. In 2016, she launched the podcast Soundtracking, allowing her to combine her love of music and film.

From a field of 400 entrants, from more than 70 companies, the winners represent the best of the best in magazine publishing and business media, says the PPA.
