CARE International UK has appointed ESco to deliver supporter fulfilment services as part of a new partnership supporting the charity's fundraising activity.
The partnership began with the pick, pack and despatch of materials for CARE's 100 Miles in June campaign, says ESco. Participants received a range of campaign items, including t-shirts, medals, tote bags and printed step counters.
The appointment forms part of a longer-term collaboration under which ESco provides supporter fulfilment services for CARE International UK's fundraising and supporter engagement activity. By managing the logistics of campaign materials, ESco says it helps ensure supporters receive their fundraising packs accurately and on schedule, enabling the charity's fundraising team to focus on campaign delivery and supporter engagement.
Becki Young, head of individual giving at CARE International UK said: "We're delighted to be working with ESco. Their expertise and reliability will help us deliver a great experience for our supporters, while allowing our team to focus on engaging people with CARE's mission and fundraising activities."
CARE International UK works with communities affected by conflict, poverty and the climate crisis, with a particular focus on supporting women and girls. The organisation delivers humanitarian assistance and long-term development programmes in countries around the world.
ESco provides fulfilment, supporter care, data management and customer engagement services for charities, membership organisations and commercial businesses across the UK.
