Vlad Stesin

A digital media veteran based out of Montréal Canada, Vlad co-founded Optable, a privacy platform for the advertising ecosystem which leverages cryptographic technology. Inspired by the radical transformation in how data is governed, connected and used, Vlad says he built Optable to address the need for a new generation of privacy-preserving data connectivity software.

With a career spanning more than 20 years, Vlad also co-founded randomseed, an ad-serving platform, which was subsequently acquired by Canada’s largest ad agency; serving brands such as McDonald’s and Nike. He then co-founded ad tech company AdGear, which provided services for publishers, advertisers and media agencies and was later acquired by Samsung Electronics.
