Business Insider promotes Hannah Diddams

Business Insider has announced Hannah Diddams' promotion to senior vice president, global B2B marketing and creative studios.

Business Insider says Hannah, who is based in its UK bureau, will oversee a team of 50, including Business Insider’s B2B brand marketing, events, consumer research, studios and creative teams to drive innovation, creativity and operational efficiency across the business and offering for advertisers. She is putting exclusive, live event activations and proprietary thought leadership at the centre of the strategy to engage clients, which has already seen great success with BI's 2023 Cannes activation and Storytelling with Impact research, added the company.

Hannah Diddams said: “With Business Insider’s renewed focus on business, tech and innovation, our mission is to sharpen our focus for our advertising clients under a unified Global Marketing and Studios division.

“For advertisers, this means expanding the scope of our award-winning, in-house creative agency with new, strategic content solutions.”

Hannah’s promotion was announced in an internal memo from Maggie Milnamow, chief revenue officer, Business Insider and senior vice president of Enterprise Sales, Axel Springer:

This will enable the marketing, studios & creative teams to collaborate more closely than ever before – further growing our efforts of bringing the greatest ideas and execution to our clients, enhancing our own impact and effectiveness, and driving increased innovation across our ad business.

“Since joining BI in October 2022, Hannah has had a profound impact. She brings a blend of strategic expertise, operational prowess and optimistic Go Getterness of her own to everything we do. It’s through her and her teams that we’ve transformed all of the ways we show up in the market, from the launch of our Entree Insider series, to our efforts at Cannes and Davos, to leveraging our rebrand to elevate how our clients think about who we can be to them and how we measure the impacts of what we’re doing.
