DMG Events sells its Digital Marketing arm

dmg events has announced the sale of its Digital Marketing division to The Comexposium Group.

The division operates the ad:tech, iMedia and Digital Collective series of B2B events in the United States, Japan, India, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Paran Johar, CEO and Founder of Mobile Media Summit, and Matt Denton, President of dmg events Digital Marketing will be in charge of these events. All members of staff employed within the dmg events Digital Marketing team will transfer to Comexposium.
