EKCS launches new eVouchering solution

EKCS has launched a new product for advertisers to see where and when their advertisements are published.

EKCS launches new eVouchering solution
Chris Sanderson: “Not only is MediaFerry eVouchering reliable and easy to use, the solution is extremely cost-effective.”

EKCS says it worked with National World to help develop the benefits of the new eVouchering solution before it was rolled out to other media companies.

The new offering by MediaFerry eVouchering now provides advertising tracking through a cloud-based workflow system. It is easy to connect with in-house systems and, once set up, it enables easy access to proof of print advertising. All advertisers’ information is brought together and highlights where the adverts appear in the publications. And publishers can expect to see a cost saving of around 60% compared to other solutions on the market, says EKCS.

The solution has undergone a beta trial with National World. The publisher needed a cost-effective advertising tracking system that would enable their advertising clients to access their published ads.

Chris Sanderson of National World explains: “We already partner with EKCS for our creative production outsourcing, so when we spoke to them about helping to solve our advertising tracking and vouchering requirements, we were confident they would find a solution. And they did. Not only is MediaFerry eVouchering reliable and easy to use, the solution is extremely cost-effective. It has exceeded our expectations, and all stakeholders have embraced it.”

With MediaFerry eVouchering, says EKCS, a simple feed is set up from the booking system with information that includes client name, advert size, and x and y coordinates of its position in the publication. It’s accessible to publishers, advertisers, and agencies with a 13-month archive.
