Jewish magazine, Jewish Currents, has partnered with Exact Editions to offer institutional subscriptions. Archival issues stretching back to 2018, as well as all ongoing issues, are now available to libraries worldwide across web, iOS and Android devices by subscription.
Published since 1946, under both Jewish Life and the active title, Jewish Currents, the magazine relaunched in 2018 under new millennial leadership, offering a fresh-face to the publication’s expansive, 72-year history. Featuring in-depth reporting, trenchant analysis, and rigorous cultural criticism alongside reviews, fiction, visual art and poetry, the publication has cemented its position as a leading title for the Jewish-American left, added Exact Editions.
Exact Editions says its platform provides libraries with access to the archive, with IP-authenticated and remote access, advanced keyword search, and accessibility features such as plain text view for navigation. The partnership offers a new means for students and staff to engage with the impactful, timely journalism of Jewish Currents - building connections with the publication that last well beyond their time of study.
