Poetry magazine Magma Poetry has completed the digital archive to encompass every issue dating back to 1994 on the Exact Editions platform.

Magma Poetry Launches Complete & Fully-Searchable 27-Year Archive
Helen Nicholson: “We are delighted with how sleek it looks and its amazing usefulness as a research tool.”

Individual issues and the complete collection are fully-searchable and available for subscription to individual poetry lovers and libraries alike.

Published three times a year, Magma Poetry is a unique kind of magazine, says Exact Editions. Led by a group rather than one single editor, the publication values a rich mix of voices, attitudes, ideas and opinions. Each issue features outstanding work from both emerging and established writers, together with reviews and though-provoking commentary. Throughout the decades, Magma Poetry has published the likes of Don Paterson, Mark Doty, Jen Hadfield, Karen McCarthy Woolf and Raymond Antrobus.

An array of streamlined navigational features provided by the Exact Editions platform makes the archive a valuable educational resource: each contents page is linked for easy access to specific pieces, whilst cross-platform accessibility means subscribers can log in seamlessly on web and app devices.

Magma Poetry is available for subscription in the Exact Editions shops for individuals and institutions.

Co-Founder Helen Nicholson commented: “Thanks to the approachable, supportive and thoroughly professional Exact Editions team, the magazine’s entire digital archive is now available to a worldwide audience. We are delighted with how sleek it looks and its amazing usefulness as a research tool.”

Managing Director of Exact Editions, Daryl Rayner, said: “The archive of Magma Poetry features hordes of important poets, whose work through the decades can now be accessed at the click of a button. What a delight for poetry lovers and professionals everywhere!”
