Naviga acquires Zinio

Naviga (formerly known as Newscycle Solutions), a provider of software and services to the media sector, this week announced the acquisition of Zinio, a technology platform for digital magazines.

The transaction closed on May 24, 2019. Financial terms have not been disclosed.
