PPA Customer Direct Awards 2015 – the winners

The PPA has announced the winners of the PPA Customer Direct Awards 2015, which highlights the best direct and digital marketing in UK magazine media.

Time Inc. (UK) was a big winner at this year’s event, taking home five awards in total, including the Customer Direct Marketing Team of the Year accolade.

Porter Magazine from The Net-A-Porter Group was named Customer Direct Magazine of the Year, while the Customer Direct Marketer of the Year Award went to Georgina Mahaffey of Bauer Media.

Other companies to be recognised with an award for their excellent work in direct and digital marketing were Dennis Publishing, Future, Immediate Media Co, and Reed Business Information.

A total of 12 awards were handed out at the ceremony, which took place at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower Hotel in London’s Knightsbridge on November 18 following the all-day PPA Customer Direct conference.

Subscription offerings are becoming an increasingly important part of the revenue mix for PPA members at a time when the marketing of content across many platforms is becoming increasingly complex. The winners of this year’s awards really impressed our judges with the skills and techniques they are evolving to successfully engage and grow audiences for the consumer magazine and business media brands that they represent.”
