TowerBrook Capital Partners in May announced that it will invest from its newest flagship fund in the Infopro Digital Group and retain control of the company together with the founder of Infopro Digital, Christophe Czajka, and management.

TowerBrook invests further in Infopro Digital
Christophe Czajka: “We share with TowerBrook the same long-term vision of the digitalization of information and B2B services.”

TowerBrook was a shareholder of Infopro Digital alongside its founder, Christophe Czajka, until 2007. In 2016, TowerBrook once again became the majority shareholder of Infopro Digital with the objective to support the management team in the transformation of a French SME into a European growth company.

Since 2016, the Group’s turnover has increased by more than 50% to €550 million in 2022, of which nearly half is generated outside France (Europe, USA, Asia).

The group has invested in the digital transformation of its services and today it offers solutions that combine technology, data and information: software and databases, digital productivity tools, information platforms and marketing solutions.

With this transaction, say the company, Infopro Digital will continue to expand its geographical footprint and product suite, with the support of its longstanding partner, via profitable organic growth and strategic acquisitions.

Christophe Czajka, founder and executive chair of Infopro Digital, said: “This transaction brings us a new strength while maintaining the stability of the capital and governance. We share with TowerBrook the same long-term vision of the digitalization of information and B2B services. This transaction will benefit our company, our clients and our employees.”

Karim Saddi, Co-CEO of TowerBrook, said: “We are delighted to remain the reference shareholder of Infopro Digital. We want to continue to support the entrepreneurial team that runs Infopro Digital, which we have known for over 20 years, by providing them with the necessary resources.”
