Over one year in the making, says Affino, this is the most significant update for its Series 8 Affino Unified Business Platform SaaS. This release is all about improved sales, marketing and fulfilment automation, designed to improve customer and member onboarding and retention.
Significant work has been done in the area of subscriptions and membership, and auto-renewals in particular, with deep integrations with the Stripe Payment Gateway for auto-renewing credit and debit card payments, and with GoCardless for management of direct debits.
As always, says Affino, all these functional elements are encompassed within the same seamless workflows and uniform customer experience – all directly connected to the core Single Customer View CRM.
