Air Business introduces MYLO

Air Business Global Event Logistics is preparing to launch MYLO, a next-generation logistics technology platform designed to transform how organisers, venues, event service providers and exhibitors plan, manage, and deliver events worldwide.

Air Business introduces MYLO
Lenka Booker: “MYLO gives organisers and exhibitors the clarity, accountability, and data they need to make meaningful, greener decisions.”

The platform brings together real-time visibility, smarter workflows, sustainability analytics and seamless communication – all in one intuitive system, says Air Business Global Event Logistics. MYLO is the latest investment in Air Business’s Global Event Logistics division and reinforces its position as a tech-led company in the industry.

MYLO has been developed to address long-standing challenges across the event supply chain, including limited transparency and fragmented communication, added Air Business.

The company says at launch, the platform will offer:

  • Live tracking across inbound, onsite, and outbound movements
  • Automated workflows that reduce admin and minimise errors
  • Centralised compliance and documentation
  • Performance and planning insights
  • Built-in sustainability reporting, including carbon tracking

As an ESSA Sustainability Tier 4 accredited business, Air Business says it has placed sustainability at the core of MYLO. “Sustainability is now a non-negotiable part of event delivery,” said Lenka Booker, strategy & transformation director. “MYLO gives organisers and exhibitors the clarity, accountability, and data they need to make meaningful, greener decisions.”

Unlike traditional logistics platforms, added Air Business, MYLO has been codesigned with organisers, exhibitors, venues, and contractors to ensure it reflects the realities of live events.

“Our clients rely on us to deliver flawlessly, especially onsite,” added Luke Stephens, head of event operations and strategy. “MYLO strengthens that promise by giving every stakeholder the visibility and confidence they need.”

According to the company, the MYLO prelaunch follows significant investment into the Global Event Logistics division, new industry partnerships, network expansion, and continued work to raise standards across compliance, sustainability, health & safety, and customer experience.

MYLO will be introduced to selected partners ahead of full launch later this year.
