Blenheim Chalcot acquires Interactive Marketing Division from Incisive

Blenheim Chalcot and its portfolio company Contentive last week announced the acquisition of the Interactive Marketing division comprising ClickZ, SES and SEW from Incisive Media.

Blenheim Chalcot intends to continue to grow and develop these businesses serving the digital marketing community worldwide.
