Earlier this week, Bloomberg announced the launch of Bloomberg Money, a new destination for personal finance designed to help audiences better navigate their financial lives. Bloomberg TV will also debut “Bloomberg Money,” an hourlong live weekly program premiering on Friday, June 5.
Bloomberg Money provides readers with strategies and intelligence for making the most of their money. Tapping Bloomberg’s trusted journalism and data-driven tools, Money coverage focuses on investing, retirement, real estate, taxes, inheritance and spending, says Bloomberg.
Airing Fridays live from 12pm – 1pm ET on Bloomberg TV, “Bloomberg Money” will be hosted by Bloomberg’s Tom Keene and Scarlet Fu. The show will take the pulse of viewers’ financial lives through original reporting and conversations with influential voices about the trends and ideas shaping how money is made, spent and invested.
Bloomberg Money’s cross-platform efforts include a digital hub highlighting the team’s enterprise reporting, practical guides, explainers and utility tools; a flagship Money newsletter published three times a week offering readers insights and ideas; a live data dashboard of key financial indicators; curated investing content leveraging Bloomberg’s markets expertise; and an ETF strategy column written by Bloomberg Intelligence’s Eric Balchunas, Bloomberg continued.
Bloomberg Money builds on Bloomberg’s existing personal finance coverage, including John Stepek’s daily newsletter “Money Distilled” and Merryn Somerset Webb’s “Merryn Talks Money” podcast. Bloomberg’s “Where to Invest” franchise will expand with more frequent reports providing actionable insights for readers.
Bloomberg says dedicated editions of Bloomberg Money will be available in both the US and UK, offering region-specific reporting tailored to audiences across markets.
