Politico last week announced the launch of a new feature allowing Politico Pro users to review an AI-generated summary of Federal bills, accessing legislative context while benefiting from in-depth analysis and insights. Politico Pro is a subscription policy intelligence platform.
AI-generated content, layered into the Legislative Compass tool, is clearly labelled and delivers both brief and in-depth bill summaries, added Politico. Politico Pro subscribers now have access to thousands more Federal bill summaries, ensuring that they have the insight they need to respond to any legislative developments or changes.
“With the launch of AI-generated Bill Summaries, Politico Pro is deploying the latest technology to arm our subscribers with the intelligence they need more quickly and efficiently than any other platform,” said Rachel Loeffler, executive vice president and general manager, Professional Business, North America at Politico. “This advancement exemplifies our commitment to empowering professionals on the front lines of policy with tools to deepen their understanding and accelerate their responses to legislation.”
For more than a decade, Politico Pro says it has been an all-inclusive platform that empowers public policy professionals with the tools, news, analysis, and insight needed to succeed in an increasingly complex political environment. The publisher says it features exclusive and up-to-the-minute nonpartisan policy news coverage, in-depth policy analysis, and a suite of tracking tools to help subscribers keep tabs on fast-breaking policy developments. In addition, its fully integrated stakeholder management solution and government directories enable Politico Pro subscribers to engage with their network.
This announcement marks Politico Pro’s first venture into AI integration, reflective of its mission to embrace and utilize technology to meet the needs of subscribers. While harnessing the power of artificial intelligence for bill summaries, Politico says it remains committed to ensuring real-time accurate, reliable and balanced perspective from its roster of experienced journalists.
