Rhapsody adds data service and customer insight capability

Rhapsody, the cross-media production agency, is to amalgamate sister company and specialist data service provider, Wyndeham Digital, within its operation.

Wyndeham Digital, a Walstead/Wyndeham Group company, specialises in providing tailored data analysis and strategic insight, helping clients to best use data for a tangible return on investment.

With the addition of Wyndeham Digital, Rhapsody is able to offer clients additional expertise and services to deliver measurable results from their marketing campaigns.

Both Rhapsody and Wyndeham Digital customers will benefit from in-depth advice in how to communicate with their target audience more effectively, with services including data cleansing, data compilation, insight analytics, persona developments, and rationalization. This, combined with Rhapsody’s expertise in providing print and digital media services, such as design and build of email campaigns and websites, enables clients to deliver a personal and engaging experience for their consumers, says Rhapsody.
