KHL relaunches four sites on Abacus e-Media’s Webvision Cloud platform

KHL Group has chosen the Webvision Cloud CXM platform to improve global customer engagement, including a construction industry portal and two standalone sites that are published in Spanish and Portuguese.

Webvision Cloud is Abacus e-Media’s Customer Experience Management (CXM) platform that provides an end-to-end digital publishing solution for media owners, says Abacus.

The platform provides KHL with a mobile-friendly website, CMS, audience engagement database, and agile functionality, allowing KHL to evolve their website with the changing nature of their industry and quickly react to create new digital revenue opportunities for their audience. Utilising Webvision Cloud’s access management and database capabilities, the site can collect user information over time giving KHL better insight into its audience. This data can be used to deliver highly personalised and targeted advertising, content and marketing, as well as identify opportunities for new product development. Webvision Cloud’s multi-language functionality also supports KHL’s international publications, with sites being published in Spanish and Portuguese.
