Stationers hold M&A Roundtable

The Stationers’ Company is holding a roundtable event on 21 May focusing on realising shareholder value through mergers and acquisitions.

The Stationers say: Mergers and Acquisitions can lead to synergies and survival. Equity placements can deliver returns to existing investors and inject capital into growing businesses. But how can these be achieved and what are the pitfalls? The Stationers’ Company is holding one of its roundtable events to cover Realising Shareholder Value through Company Mergers, Acquisitions and Equity Offerings

A seasoned VC and private equity investor, a serial entrepreneur and mergers and acquisitions savvy CEO, and one of London's best known Private Equity lawyers will all give their views and enhance the discussion.

Nick Mockett of Moorgate Capital is in the Chair and will describe the challenge and the opportunities of M&A.

Jason Cromack of Lateral Group will give a talk from the perspective of a Chief Executive Officer.

Raymond McKeeve, Head of Private Equity /M&A, BLP, will address the legal aspects.

Llewellyn John of FF&P Private Equity will give his view of what is attractive to financial sponsors.

There will be drinks from 6.30pm with the roundtable starting promptly at 7.00pm.
