BikeRadar and Mountain Biking UK expands video team

Our Media – publisher of BikeRadar, MBUK and Cycling Plus – has announced plans for the expansion of its BikeRadar video channel with a number of newly created roles.

The BikeRadar YouTube channel runs in partnership with the cycling portfolio’s digital and print activity, and is a resource for cycling reviews, tech news, riding advice and how-to guides, says the publisher.

Due to increased investment, the publisher continued, the five new roles will enable the team to increase its video-first content for BikeRadar, take more time for creative development, and focus in on its mountain bike audience and print brand, Mountain Biking UK.

In addition, the publisher has announced that Felix Smith has been promoted to senior video manager and will continue to ensure the delivery of video across many formats, working with the wider Cycling portfolio to set the vision and strategy to help grow the audience, as well as direct and third-party revenues.
