Pocketmags has announced it has partnered with McDonald’s to offer customers the opportunity to read and enjoy a selection of complimentary digital magazines whilst visiting participating McDonald’s restaurants across the UK.

The service is available on in-store tablets and offers access to eight different magazines each month, allowing guests to browse their favourite reads and discover new magazines whilst enjoying their meals.

Pocketmags says the selection of available titles will rotate each month, encouraging guests to discover and enjoy new reads from the UK’s largest publishers. A broad range of interests will be covered with each monthly selection, with the latest issue of titles such as HELLO!, What Car?, T3, and Good Housekeeping featuring in the initial offerings.

All titles available on the restaurant tablets are available in Pocketmags Plus+ which customers can choose to access on their personal devices.

Patrick Knight, head of product at Pocketmags, shared his enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating: "We are delighted to have worked with McDonald's on this project. It’s a fantastic initiative to enhance the range of content on the in-store tablets, increase the reach of magazines and introduce more customers to the digital reading experience.”
