Marie-Sophie von Bibra: “Arla LactoFREE is a great fit for us with its credentials and loyal customer base.”

The UK wide partnership involves Readly offering its portfolio of titles to nutrition and health-engaged consumers, enabling them to read over 7,500 digital magazines and newspapers.

Readly and Arla LactoFREE are offering consumers the opportunity to claim a free 2 month Readly subscription when they buy any promotional pack of LactoFREE 1 litre milk.

“The collaboration with Arla LactoFREE is a great opportunity to offer our digital subscription service to its consumers via a highly visible on-pack promotion. Arla LactoFREE is a great fit for us with its credentials and loyal customer base. With a huge breadth of titles to choose from including many health, nutrition and lifestyle titles, Arla LactoFREE consumers will have the opportunity to read hours of trusted, quality journalism whenever they choose”, says Marie-Sophie von Bibra, Chief Marketing Officer at Readly.

“Arla LactoFREE provides a tasty range of dairy goods, without the lactose, which opens up a world of limitless options. We’re proud to be partnering with Readly as this builds on our campaign to help consumers to experience the ‘good feeling’ of the Arla LactoFREE range”. says Rachel Campbell, Arla brand and sustainability director.

“The Readly campaign also helps support our drive for consumers to connect Arla with its sub-brands, which includes Arla Lactofree. By bringing together key themes such as sustainability and our farmer ownership, we are adopting a Masterbrand approach whereby our sub-brands will become closer to the core Arla positioning to build greater consumer connections with Arla. As the UK’s largest dairy cooperative, we work to achieve the best milk price for our farmers, which is why investment in our added value milk brands, is so important”, adds Rachel.

Consumers can access the Readly offer via the Lactofree promotional packs in supermarkets such as Asda, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Waitrose, COOP, Ocado and Iceland.

Readly launched a similar partnership with sports nutrition company, MyProtein, earlier this year. Other brands to collaborate with Readly include Barclays, Samsung, McDonald’s, Three, TUI and Unidays.
